From June 7 to June 10, 2023, the company held training courses for cadres of management upgrading. 60 middle and senior management cadres of the company and more than 20 senior managers of the member units of the Chu Federation of Commerce participated in the training.
The training was undertook by the School of Continuing Education of Wuhan University. Professor Zhang Zhangran, professor Su Ling, professor Gao Jing, professor Wu Si and others from Wuhan University repectively taught Comprehensive Thinking and Parallel Thinking -- Problem Analysis and Solution, Internal Control System and Financial Management of State-owned Enterprises, Managemnet Psychology and Communication Arts, Innovative Thinking and Innovative Ability of Managers and other courses. Teachers are knowledgable, humorous and experienced in teaching and practice, so that we can fully appreciate the real famous teachers, and we enjoyed the feast of spirit and drew wisdom and strength. In addition, actual business expert, Zhou Yifan, conducted a large-scale simulation exercise of enterprise operation management on the spot, so that we could really feel the ultimate goal of the enterprise - profit - from the actual combat. Finally, teacher Li Xiupin took the course of Management by Objectives and Business Performance Achievemnet, guiding us to grasp and implement key factors of success from various elements, so as to promote the achievement of business performance.
The opening ceremony was organized on the morning of June 7 and the closing ceremony was organized on the afternoon of June 10. The chairman of the board gave an important speech at the opening ceremony. The chairman said that now the company has reached a very critical juncture, we are facing many challenges and pressures, and our wisdom and ability are tested. We should cherish this rare learning opportunity, study hard, be good at thinking, internalize in the mind and externalize in practice. We should apply the knowledge learned to work practice, constantly improve our learning ability, practice the real ability to solve problems, and promote the upgrading of enterprise management.
At the closing ceremony, the student representatives-Qu Aizhong, Huang Fuchao, Wang Yong, Jie Song and Wang Nian-selected by each study group, and Yang Xi from Taijing Company, a member of Chu Merchants Association, they are on behalf of groups, then they shared their learning experience, thanked the teachers for their hard work, and they will apply their knowledge to specific work and contribute to the high-quality development of enterprises.
