On the morning of June 7, 2023, the launching ceremony of Be Clear, the new book of Chairman Dai Baixiong, was held in the training room on the fourth floor of the company. Senior and middle management and some employee representatives attended the opening ceremony.
At the ceremony, Chairman deeply reviewed the hard course of setting up and development of the comapny, shared the reason for compilation and printing of Be Clear: it aims to promote and pass on the spirit of Benxing, and aims to show the consistent business thought of the enterprise and effectively deal with the complex and and changing market situation today. Compilating and printing the book is not to commmemorate, but forget that involuntary choice.
The Chairman stressed that the 20 years of Benxing are written by all Benxing people with their hearts and passion. The greatest achievement is gaining the recongnition, the recognition of wanting to do, knowning how to do and doing not work alone, the recognition of corporate culture of following the rules, the recognition of the spirit of Benxing, the recognition of business ideas and business thought. Influenced by Benxing culture, Benxing people fully develop the spirit to endure hardship and fight, Benxing people are of one heart and one mind, Benxing people struggle and work hard, Benxing people have made proud achievements.
As long as you are conscious, everything will be solved without any effort. The Chairman pointed that principles are realized, and knowledge is gained over time. We should constantly renew our knowledge, improve our ability, gradually comprehend the way of operation, management and conducting oneself. We should deal with challenges from all aspects with greater ability and higher level, promote the high-quality development of the company, and build a social and popular Benxing.
